We at Hempcuts want to make sure all of our customers are happy.
The difference in weight of the Hemp Flower must not exceed 1g from the original order.
Your refund will be issued after we receive and process your order. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
Every refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

LAB TESTS FOR HEMP FLOWER

Lab test are done for all of the hemp flower that Hempcuts sells by an independent 3rd-party cannabis testing lab.

IS THERE FREE SHIPPING?

We offer Free Shipping for orders that are over $30 after Coupons or Discounts and before taxes.

WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

TRACKING MY ORDER

A tracking number is assigned as soon as your order is processed. Orders are processed, fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm MST. You will be notified via email of the Tracking number as well as tracking information will be available in your account.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, SOME PACKAGES ARE BEING DELAYED DUE TO USPS STAFF SHORTAGE. THIS IS DELAYING THE TRACKING OF PACKAGES AS WELL AS DELIVERY.

At Hempcuts we give extra care to fulfill orders as soon as possible. All orders leave our warehouses within 1-2 business days. Delivery estimates for USPS is 3-5 business days for delivery of first-class packages depending on your zone.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS CONFISCATED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT?

Very rarely but this may happen. At times the package may be suspected to contain Marijuana. We included on your packing slip a notice to law enforcement stating that the products are derived from industrial grade hemp, and not Marijuana, making all of our products federally legal to ship to all 50 states.

We take your privacy seriously thus all packages are shipped in unmarked boxes or bubble mailers. Our name, HempCuts, and return address are visible on the shipping label.
